According to “Regulations on the Application and Management of Automatic Data Monitoring on Household Waste-to-energy Plants” and “Notice on the Disclosure of Automatic Data Monitoring on Household Waste-to-energy Plants”, starting from 2 January 2020, household waste-to-energy plants are required to disclose data on their daily average emissions pertaining to five pollutants, including particulates, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, hydrogen chloride and carbon monoxide as recorded on the previous day, as well as the furnace temperature (the average level measured by thermocouple in five minutes) curve and related data marks.
